We ship you the flowers direct from the farm – they couldn’t be fresher if you picked them yourself!
It takes an average of 72hrs for the flowers to get from our farms to your doors, and we take every precaution along the way to maintain the cold chain, allowing the flowers to arrive fresh and in top condition.
>> Should I put the flowers in the refrigerator?
We don't recommend the use of regular coolers to store the flowers; since fruit and vegetables generate ethylene gas that reduces the life of the flowers. Instead when they arrive open the boxes in a cool dark room, remember to cut at least 1 inch from the bottom and place immediately in fresh clean water, preferably with flower food. Leave them here for at least 12 hours to rehydrate.
>> Can I choose the varieties of the roses in my box?
Yes, you can choose the colors that you want on roses; you can mix two colors for maximum of 2 bunches per box.
>> How much time in advanced do I need to place an order?
We suggest that you place your order at least 6 days before the delivery date, and we also suggest that you plan on receiving your flowers 2-3 days before the event so they can rehydrate and also open their blooms; remember we can also take orders up to 2 years in advance. Be advised that no matter how soon before delivery you place an order the roses will not be shipped until 3 days before the delivery date. This means you will receive your roses as advertised, from cutting to your door in 3 days.
>> Can I specify the delivery time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time but you will receive a tracking number so you can contact FedEx directly for details on delivery times in your area.
>> Do flowers get shipped with water?
Flowers are not shipped with water, because they are prepare beforehand by hydrating them thoroughly and then cooling them to a temperature at which they become dormant so that they do not require water during the journey.
>> Do you offer samples?
No, we don’t, simply because we have the smallest pack in the industry, allowing you to buy just 4 bunches of a product – and of course all our products are covered by our money back guarantee.
>> If I have a difficult order or specific problem can I talk to a real person or is everything through the web only?

>> Is there a minimum order?
Yes, to allow us to keep our prices competitive we need to be able to ship a minimum amount of boxes with FedEx. However we also understand that sometimes you only need a small amount of each particular product, and by packing in the smallest size boxes available we believe that you will have no problems with the minimum order of 1 box of 50 roses. Remember it can be 1 box of any product; it doesn’t have to all be the same!
>>Do you sell to the U.K?
Unfortunately we are not selling to the U.K. yet, only U.S and Canada.
