These beautiful and aromatic roses are shipped to you just 3 days after the order which means you will get the freshest roses from cutting to living room, office or place of choice faster.  Your roses will last from 4 to 6 days longer in your home or place of work than if you bought them from a florist.  A florist receives roses from a wholesaler who receives them from where they were shipped.  All this takes an average of 8 to 10 days. Theses Roses have been handled many times and have not reached a vase.  What makes our Roses unique is they are shipped direct from Ecuador to you, by-passing the wholesaler and florist.  And, the shipping is included in the price.

I am going to borrow from our Rose Trivia to express something I feel is real important to visitors to Roses From The South.  It is really touching and apropos to the purpose and intent for this website.

The rose became a witness to love stories all over the world, as the custom developed for the bride to hold a rose bouquet that symbolizes beauty, love and purity. In the Tirol of Austria, the bridegroom offers roses to the bride. In France, on the morning of the wedding, the bride throws rose petals into a pond or a stream as a symbolic act of farewell to maiden life.

As seen here, the rose symbolizes "love" and generally conveys graceful beauty, but the yellow rose symbolizes "jealousy" which is perhaps due to its characteristic stimulating green scent.

Damask rose that symbolizes "contrasting beauty" has a rich and gorgeous scent. China rose that symbolizes "perpetually renewed beauty" has a refined scent of green violet. Japanese wild rose that symbolizes "recovery from agony" has a refreshingly sweet, powdery scent that is said to even cure the pains of unrequited love.

When you select a Rose Category you will see all roses available from that category.  When you select a rose from any category and add it to your shopping cart you have ordered 50 roses of the color you selected.   During the time you enter your shipping and credit card information you will have a chance to include a 2nd color rose if you wish.  That means you will receive 25 roses of the first color you selected and 25 roses of the second.  There is no additional cost involed in this selection.  Each box of 50 roses is just $64.95 including shipping.

Please be advised that we may not have the exact NAME rose you chose, but you will receive as close to the color as possible.  By naming a rose the Rose Farm will know the shade of color you have selected and will cut the rose closest to that color.
